"A car accident left my husband unable to work. The other side tried to blame my husband for the accident. We have children. We needed help. Mark Johnston came to our aid with knowledge, caring and a firm resolve to stand up to our opponent. His skill and hard work guided us to a very successful result."

"Mr. Johnston, thank you very much for your patient and instructive guidance through those long years of the meanderings through the legal system. We are at an age where it is almost back to infancy, and all through this experience, you, patiently and successfully, guided us and made us feel part of your family."
– Michael Bennett, Newmarket
"In recent years, I have been through litigation twice, with each concluding with mediation. The first process left me feeling completely deflated and basically let down by the lawyer representing me. I lost a lot of faith in the legal system. However, since that time, skeptical at the beginning of the second process, my faith was completely restored without doubt! Mark Johnston, who represented me, to put it bluntly was amazing! I felt completely empowered and supported throughout the whole process. None of my questions, concerns, or anything I wanted to ask Mark was any less important from one to another. He responded without hesitation about everything I asked him, and gave me the advice I needed to be reassured during this very difficult time. To top it all, Mark’s responses to me were often within hours, sometimes even minutes. Wow! I find it difficult to express how grateful I am for the caring, the compassion and leadership I was given by Mark Johnston and his assistant Leeann. I guess thank you both very much is a good start! It goes without saying that I would have no hesitation recommending someone to Mark."
